Could This Be You?
  • You have unresolved emotional pain – you often feel frustrated, anxious, or depressed.

  • Your thoughts circle around the same negative messages – full of shame, blame or guilt.

  • Your life feels out of control or pointless – you feel powerless, hopeless and stuck.
Does It Seem Impossible to Change?
You've tried time and time again to "fix" yourself – to quit bad habits, to stop feeling a certain way. . .  Perhaps you've read every self-help book you can find, but nothing seems to work.  You may have finally given up, thinking that "this is just the way it is."  Here's the problem:

  • Self help books are often limited in their effectiveness, because they have to fight their way through the "mental tapes" in your head to deliver their information to you.  These tapes are loud, negative, and relentless!

  • When you are in emotional pain, it's hard to think clearly and make new decisions or change the behavior patterns that are not supporting you.  And what makes this even worse is that we've been taught to minimize or ignore our emotions, to stuff them down or sweep them under the carpet.

  • Change is often uncomfortable, and unless you have a solid, easy to use support system or strategy, it can seem just too difficult and overwhelming to try to do things differently.
The problem isn't you – it's what's NOT you!
Becoming 100% YOU
You are 100% YOU when your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions are in complete alignment with your goals and dreams.
Are there are things going on in your life that prevent you from being fully happy?  Perhaps your thoughts are stuck in a spin cycle of shame, blame, or guilt.  Or maybe you have unresolved emotional pain, unyielding heartache, or haunting regrets.  You might be feeling completely powerless, hopeless and stuck.

There’s a part of you that knows that these thoughts and feelings are not your natural, authentic state – yet, you can’t seem to be able to fully (or even partially) access who and how you truly are.  You may even have resigned yourself to what Thoreau called “a life of quiet desperation” – just given up on your dreams (too impractical!) and settled into permanent survival mode.

It’s not a very pleasant place to be in, is it?  And you’re probably also beating yourself up for not being able to break free from all these painful, heavy thoughts and feelings.

Here’s some good news:  it’s not your fault for being in this space!  You’re not broken, you’re not an alien or a freak, and you’re certainly not a waste of space.  
Take a deep breath, and remember that you’re not broken, and even more importantly, it is well within your power to break free from all this doom, gloom, and suffering.  How can I be so sure of this?  Because that’s exactly what happened to me!
